Jennifer Webb

Jennifer spent 18 years in the credit union industry, working nearly every side of the business—from serving members directly to back-office operations—before taking on the combined role of Vice President and Community Development Officer at her credit union. She holds multiple credit union certifications and is always looking for ways to sharpen her skills and knowledge. She’s passionate about leadership development, strategy and how to help clients be wildly successful in both areas. She’s seen firsthand what it takes to run an organization well, especially the smaller ones fighting hard to stay strong and independent. As Director of Strategic Consulting, she’s excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to every client relationship.
