Abby Trauth

With deep industry experience and boundless joy, Abby guides and energizes client consumer experience programs. She brings with her years of experience as Senior Director of Innovations at Luminate, Louisiana Credit Unions. While there, she helped pioneer the organization’s rebranding effort and aided credit unions across Louisiana by organizing targeted professional development initiatives, spearheading partnerships with vendors and organizing Luminate’s massive annual convention. Credit union leaders throughout the state highly regard Abby as an industry superstar.

Abby has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Louisiana State University and a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans. Prior to her work at Luminate, she was a successful Sales Director in the tourism industry.

Outside of work, she prides herself on running the business development and marketing functions of her family’s dentistry business as well as spending time with her two children.
